These Terms of Service govern your use of IPRATE.EU, a data-driven IP representative ratings platform operated from the European Union.

1. Service Description

IPRATE.EU provides quantitative ratings of intellectual property attorneys and firms based on publicly available filing and outcome data from official IP offices (EUIPO, EPO, national patent and trademark offices). Ratings are generated algorithmically using the methodology described on our Methodology page.

2. No Legal Advice

IPRATE.EU does not provide legal advice. Ratings are statistical summaries of public filing records and should not be the sole basis for selecting an IP representative. Professional judgment and direct consultation remain essential.

3. Data Sources

All filing and outcome data is sourced from official government and intergovernmental IP office databases. We do not accept paid placements or allow representatives to influence their ratings.

4. Subscriptions

Certain features are available only to paid subscribers. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via Paysera.

5. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
